Five cottages, totaling eight suites that accommodate up to eighteen people. All equipped with individual AC units and water heaters. Small private beach, pier for boat docking, six buoys properly spaced on bay for safe overnight docking. Two distinct homes for the employees and one apartment (that accommodates up to four sailors), ample kitchen and laundry area. On the mountain top , an old construction was restored and it currently houses a gym and sauna, and beside it a beach volleyball court and fantastic 360° view. The property sources its own water, from a capitation system in a mine 800 m high, amidst the rainforest that surrounds the island.
